Building the operating system of sports.
Short Description
Sportyeah is an all-in-one sports ecosystem connecting athletes, clubs, organizers, brands, facilities, and professionals.
The challenge was not building another sports platform, but communicating a much bigger idea:
Sportyeah is the operating system of amateur and semi-professional sports.
This project focused on redefining the platform's positioning, visual storytelling, user journey, and landing experience to transform a complex product into a compelling and accessible narrative.
The Challenge
Sportyeah offers a wide range of features:
Club Management - Competitions & Tournaments - Sports Events - Sportyeah TV - Athlete Profiles - Sponsorship Marketplace - Accreditations - Ticketing - Rewards - Academy.
The problem was that new visitors were overwhelmed by the amount of functionality before understanding the platform's core value.
The existing experience explained features.
The new experience needed to communicate a vision.
THE GOAL
Shift the perception of Sportyeah from:
"Another sports management platform" to "The digital home of sports."
"Another sports management platform" to "The digital home of sports."
Create a landing experience capable of:
* Explaining the ecosystem in seconds
* Connecting emotionally with different audiences
* Highlighting Sportyeah's unique value proposition
* Increasing onboarding and account creation opportunities
Design Strategy
Instead of leading with features, the landing focuses on three key questions:
What is Sportyeah?
The operating system of amateur and semi-professional sports.
Who is it for?
Athletes, clubs, organizers, professionals, sponsors, and facilities.
Why is it different?
Because everything happens inside a connected ecosystem.
